All work is done in a timely manner.  Repairs and modifications are usually done in 1 to 5 days after receiving the radiators.

Make sure to PRINT, READ, FILL OUT the repair form

  • Remember to put the form in the box with the radiator(s)

  • I DO NOT work on 4 wheeler, side by side, or street bike radiators.

  • I DO NOT sell radiators, you send your radiators in to have the work done.

  • HELP ME HELP YOU!!  I will be the judge on if a radiator is straight enough to brace.  So do not say that only one needs work or they aren't too bad.  If you rode the bike , they are probably bent or need to be cleaned to perform work,  You will be charged for that.

  • All modern radiators benefit from ICW cage bracing some even require a bar welded to the outside edge to help make the radiator stronger.

  • Avoid spraying the core of the radiator with silicone or any of the make your bike shine products.  You may think you are doing yourself a favor but you are actually causing dirt to stick to the fins.  Overtime you are adding weight to the bike and stopping air flow which will cause overheating.

  • Remove all rubber grommets, hoses, clips and clean the radiator(s).

You will be charged the cleaning fee if I have to do extra work.

On the newer KTM style do not remove the plastic attached straps!!

  • If you run a fan send it with the radiator so it can be properly braced.  All fans mount differently.

  • I DO NOT straighten the radiator fins! This is something you can do with an eyeglass screwdriver, time, and your favorite beverage!

  • A used radiator will never be new again, if that is what you are looking for BUY a new radiator.

  • I will no longer be working on painted radiator.  It takes 3 times the work then aluminum finished radiators.  You can strip the paint yourself and send them in if you choose.  I do not offer paint removal services.

  • There is no magic wand to repair 30 to 40 year old radiators.  I am limited to what I can do.

  • I do not work on aftermarket radiators.  The reason is you can buy a new set cheaper then I can repair them for.
